Sincerely Hair Co. LLC is dedicated to giving you great customer service and this starts with making sure your package is sent efficiently.  Please allow 5-7 business days as the processing time for your order. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or legal holidays. All orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping time with USPS is 1-4 business days. Processing time and shipping time are NOT the same. They are considered two different time windows. Processing is the time window for us to fulfill your order and have it sent to the nearest USPS location. Shipping time is the time window it takes for USPS to deliver the package to you.

We would like to give every customer the opportunity to experience our products in the most sanitized way possible. Due to this reason, there will be no exchanges and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please confirm the shipping address for your package as it is not our responsibility if it gets sent to the address given.

  • How long does it take for my order to be processed? 

It takes 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. 

 

  • What type of hair am I purchasing from your website? 

Sincerely Hair Co. sells 100% virgin unprocessed hair, which comes in a natural brown/ black color. Our virgin hair if done properly can reach 613 (blonde) and last you up to 3+ years.

 

  • Can my hair extensions be straightened or curled? 

Of course!  Your hair extensions can be styled to your every desire. Please be advised that excessive heat can cause damage to your hair extension as it would to your own hair.

 

  • What is the best shampoo and conditioner to use on my extension? 

It is recommended that you use Pantene Pro-V Sheer Volume Weightless Shampoo and Conditioner. For your tighter curl textures, it is best to use the Silicon Bamboo Deep Conditioner treatment. 

 

  • Can I apply oil to my hair extensions? 

Yes, you may. It is recommended that you use oil only once during each usage of your hair extensions. Argon and Moroccan oil are the only two natural hair oils that are recommended for use.

 

  • How much hair should I buy? 

To achieve a natural full look, it is recommended that you purchase 3 bundles of any texture. To achieve the max fullness, you would purchase 5 bundles. We only recommend purchasing 3-4 bundles for any sew-in hairstyle, whether frontal or closure sew-in.
